Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address, and ground shipping is free on subscriptions and on orders over the free-shipping amount shown in your bag.

When your order ships

Orders usually leave us within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Returns

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order details and we’ll send you instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the frequency you chose. You can change or cancel anytime before your next renewal by contacting us. Renewals that have already shipped follow the return policy above.
