Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you join the waitlist or apply to the Mak’Eve Society, we collect your email address and, for Society applications, your name, phone number, occupation and an optional social link. When you create a member account, we also store your first and last name, username and a securely hashed password. If you send a message through the contact form, we keep your name, email address and message. When you place an order, we receive your name, email, phone number, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to review applications, email you about your application and membership, run Society events, answer your messages, fulfil and ship orders, manage subscriptions, and email you about your order. We do not sell your information.
Cookies
When you log in as a member we set one cookie that keeps you signed in. Your bag is kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page.
Emails are sent through a third-party email service on our behalf. Order, waitlist and member emails are about your order, application or membership.

To see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist or Society, contact us through the contact page.
